Brackets, Rules, Liabilities, and MORE auction items…

If you did not already see them, the brackets, pools and schedules were posted yesterday.  Here they are once again for your review:

Please note your first game start time and arrive 30 minutes prior to check-in and get your event t-shirt etc…

Also, please review, print and sign the liability form for each member of your team.  You will not be allowed to play without them.


Rules and Regulations

Note:  We will use the Junior Rules with the following exception:

The games will be over at 11 points and you win by 2 or the first team to 15 points.  At 15 minutes, the team that’s ahead is the winner.


Schedule of Events

11:30 Check-in begins

12:00 Tip-off

12:00 – 2:00 Half-Twisted-Half-Knot Entertainment

12:00 Silent Auction and First 50/50 raffle will begin.

2:00 First 50/50 Auction Winner Announced! (Must be present to win).

2:00 to 4:00 Clowns with face painting and balloon animals

3:00 Second 50/50 Raffle begins

4:00 Silent Auction Bidding Closes

4:00 – 6:00 “Sneakers” the Clown Entertainment

5:00 Second 50/50 Raffle Winner Announced!  (Must be present to win). Silent Auction Winners announced.  (At this time we will also collect payment for auction items and the items will be distributed).  Payment for Silent Auction items must be cash or credit card.  Sorry, no checks.

5:00-6:00 Upon completion of final game winners will be announced and awarded trophies.

Concessions will be available the day of the event.
