Unfortunately, Zachary Sprader, another child from Andy’s school (also in 5th grade) has been stricken with and is battling Leukemia this year.  Zachary is currently undergoing treatments at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

In the spirit of giving, and spreading hope and JOY to Zachary and his family, 3on3forNiebs is raising money to MAKE ZACH’S WISH COME TRUE!  By supporting 3on3forNiebs in 2012, money will be ear-marked for Zach so that whatever Zach’s wish is, it will be granted through Make A Wish of Wisconsin.^®  No word yet on what Zach’s wish is yet, or when it will happen, but as soon as details are announced, we will let you know!

Let’s help another Waukesha kid get his wish!  Together we can work to fight cancer AND spread hope and joy to those struggling through it.

The 3on3forNiebs goes beyond a basketball tournament.  We have over 100 silent auction items up for bid in categories from ice cream to Brewer tickets and artwork to golf.  In order for the silent auction to be successful we need as many people as possible at the event.  One way that we are hoping to get people there is through social media. Le Caffe Bistro coffee shop on Sunset Drive has been generous enough to help with these efforts.  On the day of the fundraiser, they have agreed to make a donation for each check-in at the event on Foursquare, Gowalla or Facebook the day of the event.
